$2,500/mo. Activity Level earns 3% cash back.
$5,000/mo. — 5% back
$7,000/mo. — 7% back
$10,000/mo. — 10% back
Ex: $2500 in activity x 3% = $75 cash back per month ($225 per quarter)

Participation level is based on quarterly monthly averages. Incentive cards will be loaded quarterly, based on the percentages quoted for each activity level.
